Can you perceive the irrational echoes? Frustrated faces scrutinize the fog, lost in a haze of defeat—smoke and ash that fills our lungs with the dry air of anxiety.
The bitter chants of despair resound like S-c-r-e-a-m-s

overwhelming the monotony of daily existence, where societal criticism and shame stain our sense of worth. Yet, we—the many—persist in a bizarre existence, often downplaying our suffering.

We yearn for comforting tranquility, crafting a tribute to lives we wish were more genuine. In shared silence, we seek the gentle embrace of PEACE, daydreaming through the night, wondering if the dawn will ever arrive.
As twin realities collide, we find ourselves in a tumultuous spiral, grappling with our fall.

This piece emerged during a challenging time when illness kept me from my usual exercise routine—my main source of relief from anxiety. Without it, I felt I had regressed to square one. However, I found my way back, as we all must.
This struggle is more widespread than we acknowledge; countless individuals endure similar battles while pushing through. Though I openly share my mental health experiences, the societal stigma often silences many from seeking support or voicing their challenges.
To hell with the stigma! Everyone deserves to be acknowledged and heard.
